Once you start sorting though your options, you are again aided by easily bringing up a seating chart of your Live Gigs to see where the seats are located, before any decisions have to be made. You can even begin your ticket hunt by rolling your mouse over interactive chart, with color coding telling you where in the Concert Tickets are available. When you point to a colored section, a box comes up with the number of tickets available, and the price range. If you click that section, you are brought directly to those seller’s tickets.
Once you select the tickets you want to purchase, you are brought to a page with a summary of your selection! there is a disclaimer to the side telling you that the shipping options do not assure when the seller will be shipping the tickets, only that they are the methods that will be used when they do send the Tickets. When you receive an e mail confirmation from your seller, you will get an exact date of shipping. The confirmation should come within a few hours of the purchase, but it is not guaranteed. It could be and has taken longer. If you are purchasing same day tickets, if should be and has been quicker.
